I understand what it feels like to be advised all time and particularly when you are at your young age. I am pretty much aware of what goes on inside the head of a young trader these days. You all want massive sums of money without having to step out.
Well, I’ll say your thoughts are justified. The way the internet has revolutionized our lives and everything now just lies at our fingertips is beyond phenomenal. Be it universities and offices for forex firms, nothing is more than a few clicks away. So, all of this digitalization has played its role in making you all think this way. The easy-to-operate website along with the integrated graphics are winning the hearts of traders for years. I like how the logo is linked to the homepage. One-click from any segment of the website and you get back to the landing page within seconds. Another amazing feature is that, unlike most forums, both the phone and the laptops versions are equally user-friendly. I was never well acquainted with technology but even then I could easily operate the site from day one using multiple devices.
This takes me to the colour scheme of the webpage. The backdrop is not my thing since day 1 so this is something I would likely see changed. Also, I will appreciate the fact that the font style and the font colour help the text stand out and be more readable. Green highlighted important options are also a great way to guide the newbies.

One might be more time-consuming than the other in terms of filing complaints but all are equally efficient with responses and answers. The email option is available all the time. You can drop an email from all around the globe and expect a reply soon. But this ain’t the case with phone and chat. Phone options are not for customers all around the globe. Call and chat availability hours are also limited to weekdays. I wish these hours were expanded to a maximum. Also, the form submission is more like an email so for it to stand out, there should be an even faster reply service.
Affordability
When I first discovered the features and specs of the forum, I was sort of hurt. I thought so many features cannot come in an amount I can easily pay.
