The Diamond level is the best you can sign up for, while the VIP level is only available by invitation. This service is solely to ensure that you should not overpay or underpay. It would have been fantastic if the website made the Self-Managed account accessible, as some platforms do since €250 is a lot for them at the moment.
I frequently use the live chat method because it does not leave me waiting for long periods. You can use the phone alternative if you don’t want to write your post. However, customers outside of Australia, the United Kingdom, and Austria cannot use it, so its use is limited.
