Rose Forex trading is heading rapidly towards an era of increased regulation by governmental organizations but this process has not reached a point where you can trust any forex firm that comes your way. It is way better than how it used to be when we stepped into the profession but despite the improvement, the need for traders to be vigilant has not been eradicated entirely. This is why you are still expected as a young trader to watch out and make thoughtful and well-researched decisions. I have been in this profession for around 10 years now and I believe I have seen these fraudulent and reliable forex firms grow.
We have met a large number of individuals who have been scammed by these firms and I am one of them too. I have an idea how hard it becomes to spot and imposters because they have mastered the art of fooling young traders. The way they put out features and specs of their firms makes you believe this is going to be one of the best decisions that you have ever made.
Flashy Advanced
All flaws are perfectly concealed under the covers of flashy advanced stuff that isn’t needed by more than half of the traders. But this is something we don’t understand initially. I don’t find it great how usually the new traders ignore the importance of a secure working environment and tend to make compromises over it. If you can lose your money anytime and anywhere, how can advanced features be of any good?
Not only forex firms, before making any choices in your life you make sure that you never ignore the major points that should be a high priority. Because newbies are easily distracted, these firms make full use of it and keep robbing one trader after another.
Like I have already mentioned above, I have myself been scammed at hands of these fake firms and this has given me an edge. Now I can easily compare forex firms and see where a firm lags and leads. I must say it is this ability that allowed me to easily evaluate Golden Gate and make the right choice.
Forex Trading
Golden Gate was suggested to me by a friend who had been forex trading for a while. He said his dad was a user and was highly satisfied with the provided services. On her recommendation, I looked into the firm and I could feel the company was trustworthy just after visiting the website.
I have been using the website for years now and in the review below I’ll try to explain what the firm has to offer the traders. But before we start with the review, let me tell you that Golden Gate isn’t something flawless. Like any other online website, it has its own set of problems but they have never been problematic for me. As we proceed with the review, you’ll find why I choose to believe this.

When you are going to sign up for a forex firm, you should always consider looking into the user-friendliness of the website. Golden Gate’s website is very easy to use. I must say it is evident that it has been designed keeping in mind the fact that many traders will make use of it and not all will be equally used to such websites. This is why the website is incredibly user-friendly. You don’t have to keep roaming around on the website, in search of important options. Everything important has been placed at the front. Also, the graphics and the texts make it more attractive, engaging, catchy, and easy to read.
The theme of the website is equally important when it comes to online brokerage firms. It might seem less important initially but when you perform complex operations on the website, you’ll notice how bad themes can be a punishment for eyes. This is why I always wanted my platform to have a light-colored background and Golden Gate is just that way.
Color Schemes
I love how gradient color schemes have been added to make it more attention-grabbing. The important options are highlighted and the text color and font make the text more prominent. The white backdrop is one thing I love the most about the website of the platform.
Order Execution of the website is something that deserves to be in this category. I have never experienced a delay in my order execution and this gives me greater control over my decisions and helps me make my deals more risk-free and profitable. One of my previous platforms had inefficient servers and computers employed due to which I had to suffer a heavy loss once. I made sure I asked current users about the execution speed before signing up and to date, I have not experienced any inconveniences because of this.

Customer Support at Golden Gate has been great for me. I always keep going back to them to get my problems solved even if it is something very trivial. I have always found them all very professional and welcoming. The hired individuals are first trained and then allowed to get in touch with the customers and this reflects from the way they deal with the users.
I always believe that a firm cannot succeed unless it has a very well-developed customer support service because you can only make a consumer stay with you for longer periods if you assure them constantly that the company has got your back.
Customer Support
Golden Gate knows very well how to make customer support work. They have introduced multiple options to let us get in touch with these representatives. These include call, form submission, live chat, and email. I have been using Live Chat a lot lately because it lets me have a one on one conversation but I must say I am more of a call person than a type so the call would definitely have been a better option for me.
But unfortunately, the calling option is available in limited jurisdictions and that leaves me with the chatting option. I know many traders who also use email and this proves that all of these are more or less equally responsive. I would also like to put it out that the operational hours for customer service are limited on weekdays. On weekends they are closed so you have to wait for Mondays if you come across a problem on weekends. I also have a suggestion that the company introduces a WhatsApp or a telegram number to allow calls from all over the globe and video counseling if needed.

The Education Section of the website is one of my favorites. It consists of eBooks, FAQs, Assets Index, and Glossary. All of these are equally comprehensive and have been put out in a time-saving manner. The FAQs have been grouped, asset index and glossary are alphabetically arranged and the e-books have small synopsis at the bottom to give you insights into the contents of the book.
I am fairly satisfied with the contents covered but what brings it to this category is the fact that it isn’t updated very often. All eBooks are great but a very small number is available. People like me who are avid readers want more books every now and then so the entire section should be updated every 4-6 months.
One thing I particularly love about Golden Gate is that the firm believes in providing free education for all irrespective of them being a custom of the website.
Features
The firm has segregated the features into sets and names their accounts to ensure you don’t buy more or less than what you need. This is a great approach and shows how the firm is concerned towards the customers but I feel like somewhere the basic account holder suffers.
They have to pay a minimum deposit of €250 which might be a lot for them. There are platforms that offer free basic accounts. I understand that here you get features that aren’t available in free accounts but I hope something can be done. Also, the company should consider giving them access to webinars because I feel like they need them the most. The rest looks great for the basic account. You can easily upgrade to higher accounts if you feel that your business requires more now.
Concluding Remarks
Picking Golden Gate proved to be the turning point for me. I had an idea I was about to make the right choice but it has brought me a lot more than I expected. This platform offers me an optimal trading environment and I feel like that’s all a trader can ever ask for. This platform has all the qualities that a good broker would have and I hope that the small issues are resolved soon.
